Automation Center

Company Automation Center (CAC) is a rule engine that connects platform events to automated actions. Admins define rules in a visual builder: pick a trigger event from any domain, add optional field-level conditions, then chain one or more actions such as sending a notification, creating a ticket, adding a calendar event, or deducting a leave balance. A built-in scheduler fires time-based triggers like contract expiry alerts and missing-attendance checks on a configurable interval. Every rule execution is logged with full payload, per-action outcome, and duration for auditability.
