Human Resources

HR centralizes employee lifecycle management in one platform. It includes user profiles, departments, positions, attendance, payroll, leave workflows, recruitment dashboards, applications, interviews, assessments, offers, onboarding, and organization tree views. HR is also connected to the ticket system: when an HR ticket is approved, APIT can trigger the related HR action such as leave approval, attendance correction, onboarding step, status change, or employee-data workflow.
